MSSN-UI Felicitates the Newly-Inducted Engineering Graduates

The Muslim Students' Society of Nigeria, University of Ibadan branch felicitated the newly-inducted engineering graduates in a Congratulatory Message released to the public on Thursday, 27th of January, 2022.

In her congratulatory message, the society acknowledges the dedication, diligence and prayerfulness of the students as the factors that contributed to the birth of the success ; and further beseech Almighty Allah to make the just-earned feat a route to more achievements in life.

"As it is our wont to mention, that if it is from Ibadan, MSSNUI, then, of course, it must be of outstanding quality. We are confident that you all will make us proud, bi ithniLlah," the society affirmed the excellence of the newly-inducted engineers.

The immediate past Ameer of Akinyele Area Council, Mallam Nu'man Basheer described how efficient and resourceful the Muslim Engineering graduates have been since their emergence on campus.

It is worthy of note that the Faculty of Technology has, over the years, produced great personalities who had contributed immensely to the growth of Muslim Students' Society of Nigeria, Akinyele Area Council and University of Ibadan branch. This year's induction also hosted a number of them: the Immediate past Ameer of the branch, Sanni Abdurrahman; Sanusi Waris, a one-time PRO of MSSNUI; Olaosebikan Fawwaz, the immediate past Director of Studies of AAC; Rufai Abdulwasii, the immediate past PRO of AAC; Owodunni Al Aameen, the immediate past Al Hudah Secretary; Tohir Abdul Ganiyy, a one-time Queens Hall Imam; Kolapo Khadījah; a member of IT and Media committee and also an active member of Al Faeedah Press; Afolabi Maruf, immediate past Imam of Zik Hall. Other notable personalities include Raji Abdullah, Fasasi Kamorudeen , Muhammad Usman, Adeleke Abdullah, Folorunsho Abdulmalik and others.

In appreciating the exemplary leadership character of the Immediately past Ameer of the branch, Mallam Abdurrahman Sanni, the Executive Council 1441-1443 AH regime, 'Beyond The Call Regime' presented a Frame to him. The frame features an acrostic beautification of his name; ABDURRAHMAN. His efficiency and selflessness are applauded by them all which made them to say that "we didn't meet the companions but we have met one who leads like them."

The graduands could not hold the joy as they reciprocated the love shower to them with greetings, pictures, gratitudes and sharing of food and souvenirs at the Faculty of Technology Lecture Theatre.
