SOPHAGEAL REFLUX –AN UNWANTED VISITOR

Once the act of mastication is justified by the oral cavity, then there is the passage of the chewed substances into the next conveyer (the alimentary canal) which performs the next important process Digestion.

In a normal digestion, the Lower Esophageal Sphincter (LES) paves way in order to allow the ingested food substances to gain entry into the stomach and also closes so as to prevent the uptake or backflow of food substances and gastric acid juices back into the oesophagus.

Carrot Soup is made from very easy-to-reach ingredients with carrot being the chief, hence the name. It can be served as an appetizer at parties, or in the house/when you just want a change of taste from the same cliché meals.

A yet to be unveiled artwork has been installed along Oduduwa road, University of Ibadan. The installation which commenced last week started by the construction of the artwork stand. Even though it is still being enshrouded, it is likely to be a head considering its structure.
