UI celebrates Honest Security Officer
An Assistant Security Officer in the services of the University of Ibadan, Mr. Amidu Oyekanmi, has received a Letter of Commendation from the University Management for being an honourable officer and an exemplary ambassador of the Security Unit.
MSSNUI is Set to Reward Excellent Students
The Muslim students' Society of Nigeria, University of Ibadan branch is set to reward students on First class grades. This was released through a WhatsApp Broadcast Message on Thursday, 27th of October, 2022.
Muslims across the 17 States of Southern Nigeria converged at the International Conference Centre of the University of Ibadan on Sunday, 18th of September, 2022 as MSSN B-Zone held her 11th Annual Symposium with the theme, 'THE NATION’S DESTINY'.
The Dean of the Faculty of Arts, University of Ibadan, Professor Oyeshile said that the ongoing ASUU strike is majorly for the benefit of Nigerian students and not only for the lecturers.
The Dean said this at the First Day of Orientation Week organised by the Association of Faculty of Arts Students (AFAS) on Thursday, 10th March, 2022 at the Large Lecture Theatre LLT of the Faculty.
At the Freshers' Orientation Formal Opening ceremony held at the Islamic Centre, University of Ibadan, Mr. Tunde Onakoya encouraged students to seek beyond certifications during their stay on campus.
